My first indication is when a person joins you and compiles and sends out a commitment email, this person completes 500 VP's in the first 24 hours so that he /she collects the bonus points.
After you sending out a reply to the commitment email include the way ahead for him/her contents of the email would follow the lines of Learning, collecting VP's and not to try and do everything in one day once they have their 1500 VP's they are to concentrate on collecting the daily VP's entering the daily draw and the "T" time draw.
In my opinion these are the ones that you need to nurture and help along, these are going to be your best affiliates.
