You can help the new PSA's by telling them that you are also new to the business, be honest. Furthermore, re-assure them that they can ask you questions because you are willing to look for the answer and get back to them as soon as possible.
Encourage them to go over the basics and Launchpad lessons again and again until they understand what they have to do.
You yourself, as a new affiliate, should devote as much time as possible to read as much as you can about the business. Go through the training materials so that you become educated yourself so that you can give good answers.
The most important of all these is to not only read, but study everything that you can in SFI. Remind the new affiliates that SFI has a tremendous amount of Free training materials and give them handy links.
In my opinion, the easiest way to learn the business is when you have to answer your new affiliates questions. You are forced to research and learn
