This is such a good question! Something I'm sure most of us have had to consider. Here then are some of my thoughts:

We are always older in SFI than our PSAs, no matter how long after us they sign-up.

The worry that a PSA might ask a question we don't know the answer to
- let that motivate us to learn quickly but thoroughly
- let that motivate us to be super familiar with our SFI and TripleClicks webpages
- let that motivate us to wisely time when to start building our team

You don't need to know all the answers, you need to know where to find them ;)
