You won't ever be able to accurately predict who will be good. What that means is that someone might start strongly then drop off a bit OR if they were like me, they take a week or so before they really see the potential.
They KEY is to be their supporting them.
The main things I look out for however are:
Them featuring on My Movers i.e. daily activity
reaching EA status THEN maintaining it the next month.
Being RESPONSIVE to the emails you send them
You will know they are good ONCE they ARE good! Don't try and guess or predict, its a waste of time!
