This question is a one of the most important question that rise when a new affiliate get a PSA.
Since the sponsor is new one can't expect him to have a in depth knowledge of working of SFI and TripleClicks.
The new affiliate must go through SFIBASICS (The blue bottom on right top) and LAUNCHPAD articles as early as possible. If you have understood the business then only you can explain the same to some other. There is no other best way than this one.
Still, while the new affiliate is in the process of learning he/she may guide his new PSA with following ways. He must be careful to answer his PSA in case he/she don't have right answer / way to guide he should consult his up line.
1. He may explain how SFI has attracted his attention and what led him to start SFI business so seriously rather
than choosing any other company.
2. He should advise him to go through SFIBASICS (The blue bottom on right top) and LAUNCHPAD articles.
3. He should advise to check all SFI mails and read them carefully.
4. He shold ask him to check whether he/she has added the mail id
[email protected] to his contact list otherwise all SFI mails may land in SPAM mail box.
5. SFI is real business and it takes time while working for it sincerely. This must be communicated to the PSA in right way. Many join SFI assuming it a get rich soon business and soon they become inactive without understanding the in depth of this business.
6. It is not essential to tell the new PSA that he is also new to this business. This may discourage the new PSA to ask any question or me / she may not communicate his/her problem.
7. While assuring his PSA that he is in a position to extend all sort of help and guidance ( any one can answer basics question of SFI by referring the knowledge base) he should mention that he/she can clarify any issue by using SFI support system.
These are the way the new affiliate may guide his/her new PSA but it must be noted that the best guidance can only be given by rich experience.
