In my opinion you can determine the best affiliate when they start signing up right away completing their profile and earn VersaPoints. Then mostly affiliate that has a credible e-mail doing some action and daily you can monitor their presence or most of the time doing their daily task. It’s just like signing on face book or tweeter, meaning they are really interested what is all about. When they start asking question is also positive sign but don’t forget that as a team leader you have to do your own part. Then of course you have to observe them if they are persistent and that’s time you make your move to assist them.
