The best way to advise new PSAs is to keep in contact with them. dont overwhelm them with to much information but send them information that you feel will be helpful to them. also and I think this is the most important thing , you have to be available to your downline you have to answer thier questions in a timely manner and if you dont know the answer you have a responsibility to investigate it and find out the answer for them. If you have bad habits your downline will have bad habits if you have good habits your downline willhave good habits. I hope this helps
