The first impression of the web site for new affiliates can be very confusing. A lot to read and to assimilate!
I create a document where I make use of screen shots to show the affiliate exactly where to go to earn VP's. For instance how to get to the VP Ledger Board, where they see the "starting-up", "Daily" "weekly" and "monthly" tasks. This way it is not so difficult for them to navigate their way around the web page and get them going. The moment they see the points coming in, they become more confident.
I hope this will help, because it definitely helped my affiliates.
