It is toughest but not a tough job as you are new and getting started. You can manage it if you are serious in nature, in your work and having a sound confidence. How can you manage or do so?
1) As a new affiliate you must read and study thoroughly the training matters, SFI news, Launch pad, SFI Basics. Save ii in your memory as soon as you can after your joining in SFI.
2)Though it is not possible to study SFI training library in a shortest period but when you read everything, take a pen and a pad/papers. Note down the important things or take a print out of the important chapters, if possible. If these print out/ note down papers with you all the time then it will be easy to answering question of your PSAs/CSAs.
3) You can also do copy the training matters and paste it to PSA/CSA Mail using Contrl+A, Contrl+C, Contrl+V after doing some addition/alteration, if necessary. In this way you may also supply them SFI news. But you have to be aware one thing always, where the answers is located about SFI trainings.
4) When your PSAs/CSAs ask question through Email/Team Mail doesn’t try to hurry up to answer it if you have no proper idea about the question to avoid misleading your PSAs/CSAs. Just wait for a few minutes and place the same question to the Forum immediately and you will get reply from Forum within a few minutes. First check the answer carefully whether it is correct or not and then mail it to your PSAs/CSAs after an edit, if necessary. Remember one thing if you not check it then misinformation may be reached to your PSAs/CSAs which are very harmful to grow business in SFI.
5) You can also take help from your Upline to solve the problem
6) As an new affiliate you must search the SFI training support, tools etc. Gather it in one place. After thorough reading write an article about SFI and daily task to be followed by new affiliates. Submit it to the Blog of your leaderpage and refer your leaderpage URL http://www.sfimg.com/leadership/xxxxxxxx (X-means your SFI ID) to your PSAs/CSAs and let them advise to follow it. Also submit “My Best Tips” to your leaderpage. If you have no habit to write an article then sees a sample article. There are so many sample articles in SFI. Just edit as per your requirement of a sample article and submit it and let them advice to duplicate the same.
In this way all the matters regarding this will become very easy in one day to you and you can manage your PSAs/CSAs in a right way.
