Every affiliate is depending on how you plan on helping them to succeed.
As a newbie I wanted large downline to earn a nice percentage of each and every month. Have invested in affiliates sign up 10+5 and discovered that all of them have signed at the same date and never came back on line again. Second day I send personal welcoming message to all. Nothing happened. After two days I send another letter (not using group mailing) with a catchy subject: “fastest way to become EA”. Nothing happened. After two days, again, I sent a personal message: “40 clicks per day to enter in daily grand prizes + VP’s”. Messages were short, up to the point and out of 15 unresponsive affiliates, now I have 3 PSA’s actively involved.
So, don’t judge to soon and remember: “Helping EVERY affiliate sooner rather than later, can be a great way for you to succeed in your business too”.
The rest is very easy.
Use your genealogy report, use affiliate manager tool to check your PSA's activity and ‘signs’ are all there.
Go to checklist, its very important, as its allowing you to create a personal relationship with your affiliate and help.
Group e-mailing is for points; One on one communication is for success.
