Since you are both new in SFI and at the stage of learning and knowing everything about the business, better to tell to your PSAs that you can help and advice them for any queries that they have as long as you can.
You can also refer them to ASK SC for any answers for their questions. Tell them that there are lots of knowledge and information that they can find in this section. They can search by category for easy to find the answers that make their queries resolve.
Also you can refer them in SFI Forum to post their questions so that all affiliates specially Team leaders who are knowledgeable and having much more experience when it comes to SFI terms, tools, techniques, and advises can give their best support and solution to your PSAs’ inquiry.
Also refer them to your Upline Members for any support, answer or advise which you think that they can explain fully or knowledgeable to give the ideas that need by your PSAs.
The best advice, tell to your PSAs that read, read and read and if possible review information that they have read previously. They can contact also SFI support team for any questions.
