Try to learn something new about your business every day and then let them know what you've learned and if you have tried something that worked for you. Don't over communicate,of course, but maybe twice a week or so give them something that will help them as well.
Make sure they know you are new as well, so you'll be building something together at the same time. You can find some strong team members when they see you having success. When you hit one of your goals,issue them a challenge to do the same.
Be up front with them that you don't know much but you will get the answers they need from upline or one of the many resources at SFI.
