If they confirm their registration, complete their profile, and white list their email that shows they are at least interested. The ones who also upload their photo also shows that they are making a good start.
Then the training comes in. Are they logging in daily and doing the to do list? Do you see their name pop up on the daily grand or on the T-Time contest. That shows me that they could become a very active affiliate if they care enough to be doing this stuff daily. If they get to EA2 then they are well on their way to understanding the business and could become a very successful team member.
