As a teacher and mother I have experienced that better learning takes place when the group consist of same level of individuals. By saying so I am not in any case negating or denying that treasure of experience our seniors have but this is also true that students learn more from each other in groups then from a teacher standing in front of them and giving lecture. Their IQ level, their past experiences, their back ground may vary but if their goal is the same and if they know that they will benefit from the team work then the results are amazing. The concept of peer learning is gaining popularity day by day in educational institutes.
Same rule works here too. I have learnt from SFI training or my Upline but my exchange of thoughts with my A2A friends, The stream posts are also equally helpful.
Being the sponsor means I am the group leader and as a group leader it will be my responsibility to help my PSAs and CSAs both. My first instruction or rather advice will be to Click on the start button and watch the getting started video. Give them the solutions for their queries and if i do not have those solutions try to find out from my group leaders. Along with that discussions with my downline are also helpful. At time you get a more practical advice from your junior then a senior.
