No, I don't use conference calling yet to help my affiliates but I am seriously considering to start using this form of communication.
I personally use and recommend SKYPE. It is free, easy to use and very handy (could be used on mobile phones).

Conference calling will create a more personal relationship between you and your affiliates that emailing only can't create. Off-cause emailing is a very effective way of communicating but with a conference calling plan added to it, can take your SFI business to a whole new level.
