Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?
The following are my options which I follow for effective results:
1) Mobile
2) Skype
3) Gmail Video chat
Whenever contacting someone for discussing / explaining him / her about the SFI & its Business structure, particularly during my beginning, I used to contact him / her through Mobile conference call. Here I was taking the help of my up line leader (who has given his valuable time so many times, may be day or night to help me for recruiting affiliates) & we both were involving in mobile conference call for recruiting Affiliates.
Once recruitment part is done, then i used to follow “Skype” to explain them (new affiliates) how to get started to earn VP, Fast Track Bonus VP & Fast Track Badge, the importance of VP to get success in SFI Business etc. This process is so beneficial that, it will help the affiliates to feel comfortable in understanding the things more clearly as well as to get motivated. They will get the feel good effect when conversation is going on & also experience that, someone is there to help them & they proceed as per the system requirement. Sometimes I follow Gmail Video chat also.
Finally, I personally recommend “SKYPE” as one of the best & efficient media for explaining new affiliates about how to proceed in SFI as I mentioned above (my own experience).
