Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?
Hello...Conferencing calling highly effective in training a group of affiliates at a time. I have used Google hangouts and found its extremely useful in terms of training. Video conferences has few great benefits over individual one....just to point out few here
1. A group of people watching each other answering each other creates huge trust in you and your company
2. The completely new affiliates when listens to the questions of a partially older affiliate, gets a better idea of the company and working culture.
3. Some questions can not be easily answered one-one or sometime may be due to language barrier. In that case if you have some guy from same country of the new affiliate, it is very easy to clarify him.
