Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?

Personally, I use a platform on MTN which is one of the major GSM services provider in my locality. Once I have two or more members of my downline, whom I have a close relationship with and there personal mobile numbers; I use this service on the telephone network to communicate real-time with my downline for minimal charge from the service provider.
One very good advantage of this is that with this conference call, I am ble to share my experiences on SFI while answering their quetions and every other person can participate and contribute to the discussion. This I usually do during weekends when traffic is low and I am assured of the presence of my downline.
