Alot of people are looking to make money straight away and don't have any money to use
towards they're business and so just give up. Other people are overwhelmed by SFI &
just need abit of support from their upline to help them over the bumpy patches. I always send my new affiliates (PSA's & CSA's) a Welcome Message & send regular Team Newsletters every month (at least 2) to my Generation 1 PSA's & CSA's. I try & keep my downline motivated by creating team contests where they can win 10 TCredits for making EA/EA2 & 15-25 PSA's if they create a standing order. I always congratulate my winners every month and send out motivational stream posts to my downline at least 4 a month! So I guess I try to lead by example & communicate regularly with my downline, which is really important and shows them that I'm committed to been their Sponsor/Co-Sponsor & in helping them anyway I can & that I believe in the SFI business model 100%!
