I have been very cautious about SFI because I know what their response is likely to be. I suggest keeping reasonably quiet and low-key about SFI for a while until you are beginning to make some money. Don't be pushy to tell them all about it, but gradually feed them small pieces of information as the opportunity presents itself. A great opportunity is there when you have won something really good for a phenomenal bargain on Pricebenders. When you can show a mobile phone or Ipod or something that they would like themselves and say you got it for $4 or some crazy price playing Pricebenders auctions at your TripleClicks store, they will take notice and show interest. Bit by bit as they see your enthusiasm they will begin to ask you questions and then you can lay the whole thing out before them. Don't go beyond what they're asking unless they keep asking for more.
Also if you find a product in TripleClicks that you know is of particular interest to one of these people, just pop them a short email telling him briefly what you found. Ask if he's interested in having a look at it and would he like you to send him the link. Give him the chance to say "yes, please". If you just send the link without being invited, he'll probably just delete the email without even getting back to you about it.
I think this low-key strategy is best in these situations when people have been turned off by previous opportunities. I can see my family gradually becoming interested at last.
