It is MINDSET. They need to have the 'WORK FOR OTHERS TO ACHIEVE MY OWN SUCCESS' mentality. Unfortunately there are few people who are educated in this way. They are taught 'LOOK AFTER NUMBER ONE' meaning 'look after myself before others'.
Without this mindset most people are not going to continue with SFI or any other business and be successful. You will see them flip from one business opportunity to the next and never make headway with any of them simply because they are 'SELF-FULL'.
As a sponsor it is YOUR responsibility to prepare and teach your team members the correct mindset BY EXAMPLE. Communicate with them, teach them, reward them. It is then their responsibility to carry YOUR EXAMPLE through to their own team members.
Through this process you will find your diamonds amongst the coal of humanity. The true leaders. The unselfish ones who give before they are ready to receive. EVERYONE has the ability to become a leader. Few are willing to take the responsibility.
