your question is very broad, because there can be a million reasons why people dont work towards advancement sometimes its things beyond thier control and a lot of time life gets in the way of our goals. I am a witness to that.
That said i believe and of course this is just my opinion that most people dont work to advance in sfi because the cant see the big picture the cant see the benifits down the road a lot of people based on things that they have expeirienced in the past cant visualize or comprehend working hard today for a better tommorow. They have been programmed to only live in the moment and the future benefits seems like a long lost fantasy to them. they only live in the moment I hope this helps
