You can at the time of enrolling try to convince a person to become your PSA & also a WAVE3 member. However if a person does not want to become an affiliate because one does not have time to study the details of SFI then you can ask him to be a member of WAVE3 which is a one time action once a month & there are no VERSA POINTS to be collected or the sales/purchases to be made.
