I do what i want my team to do. Or should i say i use the "Golden rule". I lead by example. I have a temporary permanent rule that as long as my affiliates (Gen 1) are EA2, they keep getting 3 or so PSAs monthly from me while i teach them how get for themselves. I am doing this because one of the most herculean aspect of SFI newbies is sponsoring new affiliates. Some will surely copy my lead and do same to their affiliates thereby building our team and increasing our source of income.
