If you live in the US, direct deposit is free and easy to do. Just fill out the form and mail it back to SFI. Once received they will set up your direct deposit within 10 business days.
If you live outside of the US, I believe PayPal is best. You receive quick and easy deposits to accounts that you indicate in your PayPal account. There is a fee for the usage of PayPal so you have to choose if this option is best for you.
