As a US affiliate it is my opinion that Paypal is the best method to receive your SFI commissions. It's fast easy and trusted. I took a look at the Payoneer Mastercard however for me the fees seem to high for my liking.
Bank Transfers: With just a little effort one can easily link their checking or savings account with their PayPal account. Once verified an affiliate can then transfer commissions out as well as funds in to make payments.
Debit Card: Nothing is better than a no cost debit card and Paypal offers one. Affiliates can use this card to pay for things anywhere Mastercard is accepted as well as take money out of their account at ATMs. There is a small fee for using an ATM, but that seems to be the norm with debit cards these days anyway.
As a TripleClicks ECA I rely on PayPal to receive my weekly payments. My debit card makes conducting day to day business run flawlessly. I couldn't ask for anything better in a payment processor.
