I believe that to be a good SFI Leader to your team one should effectively answer their questions about SFI.
This means as a Team Leader one should know your way around the Affiliate Center. A Team Leader must be able to quickly look up answers and the appropriate URL where the answer can be found.
And in all your communication to your down-line one should have one aim in mind: to help and to empower your down line to succeed in SFI.
What I did was to make sure I research the Affiliate Center. I am still doing it daily, and after three months, I still find new (to me) info.
I also make a point to read as many posts in the Forum as possible. There are lots of experience here in SFI, and we can learn a lot from the old hands.
In the STREAM posts, I also do not miss the posts of my Up Line. I am lucky to have two very experienced SFI Platinum Team Leaders in my Up Line.
I make sure to study my Up Line Team Leaders and Sponsor and Co-Sponsor’s Stream posts, Blogs, Web sites and Leadership Pages.
Not only for what they are saying, but how they are saying it.
What I get from studying their Stream Posts, Blogs, Web sites, Leadership Pages and Newsletters:
1. How they set up messages to help their down line.
2. What is the content and how they use content to solve problems of their down line.
3. How they do not just tell us what to do, but always tell us how to do it.
4. How they educate us by always including URL’s to visit, in order for us to get to answers ourselves eventually, by navigating the Affiliate Center.
5. How the tone of all their content is always about help, advice, how to and guidance.
6. How they set an example for us to be Team Leaders just like them by employing above mentioned points.
I learn how to be a good Team Leader by researching and studying the Sponsors and Team Leaders in my Up Line.
They are my hero’s here in SFI, and I want to be like them!
I want to empower myself in order to help and empower my down line.
