A very good question. Ensuring that you are continuously growing in SFI is one of the very difficult task and done only by few members. Personally i have following points which I concentrate everyday to ensure my growth
1. Recruiting new PSAs everyday to make sure I have at least 5 highly active PSAs. Because, at some point you may find some of your active PSAs may stop too. SO constant PSA recruitment is necessary.
2. Inviting new business people almost every month to become ECA. This is one of the major things in SFI i believe.
3. Making sure my Team members are finding me anytime they need a help. My small helps can really boost their confidence to grow. And my growth is highly dependent on them.
I feel, concentrating on these steps make me always safe as Leader...Hope it will do for you too......
