I believe that CSA's should be treated equally to your PSA's. In my own experience, I have had absolutely no contact from my inactive personal sponsor whatsoever. All of my coaching has come from SFI webpages and my Co-Sponsor, who apparently signed up around the same timeframe as myself. What this means is that if my Co-Sponsor leaves me out of his emails and/or contests, I have no support at all. It's certainly food for thought. Maybe you could take the time to ask each individually if they receive support from elsewhere or if you are their only one...
