To me there is no difference between PSAs and CSAs; they are all my team members and I treat them equally. I keep in mind that my PSAs have co-sponsors and that my CSAs have sponsors. We, together as their up-line have a responsibility to help and guide them, just as we need help and guidance from our up line. I appreciate any contact from my up-line as it makes me feel part of the team and I have never felt overwhelmed by it at all.
