I always view my CSA's and my PSA's the same. After all we are all one big team. They say a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and I believe that each member of my team deserves equal consideration. As a co-sponsor you are being entrusted as one of the 2 top people to help another person to build their future. In the business world a co-worker is your equal and works side by side at any place of employment. Why would I view a CSA any different? By having the title of co-sponsor you are in essence an equal partner with the persons sponsor and have no less responsibility to seeing that they achieve the goals they set for themselves and offering assistance whenever you are able.
