For this question i would like to share my experience.
I will have to treat CSAs more careful because unlike PSAs the CSAs you win or get through second home might be more experienced and senior to you.
So i use separate mailings(CSA's mailer) to send mails to them. The contents will not be same as sending to PSA's. The Information you provide must not only the basics of the program. It should be more than that and taking their business to the next level.
I treat both PSA's and CSA's important because it is my business and i have to treat everyone same. I can't treat people differently on the basis of profit they are making to me.
The proof for this is I get more ratings from CSA's than PSA's.
