Hi.
I try not to overwhelm my CSAs, but i treat them like my PSAs.

First i welcome them to my team.
If they are new to SFI i try to explane them how to start this awesome online business.
I send them short and comprehensive text weekly, letting them know, that i'm here to answer any question about SFI.
Of course, Sponsor is like the father, but co-sponsor is like the godfather.
So i try to help them if they need.
CSAs that seems to be interested (good amount of VPs) are noticed separately more often.

I hope i do not overwhelm my CSAs.
