When you start your business with SFI, they inform you not to send to many messages to the CSA's but unfortunatety the sponsors are not in always in contact with their team and sometimes don't have contact at all and that is why it is necessary to send all the information that you would send your PSA's to the CSA's as well.
You will find that your CSA's are sometimes more active than your PSA's and they do need the same type of encouragement to make their business a success.
