CSA’s are our 1st teammates when we attained the Executive Affiliate status. It is with CSA’s that we work and hound our Leadership skill. Hence, I send them information and assistance as much as I can as their leader. On the other hand, the CSA’s receiving information from their co-sponsor can benefit from the encouragement, information, news and valuable tips that they may have missed from their own sponsor.
It is better to have more information and assistance than less – it is a matter of choosing what is the best information and tip rather than being overwhelmed.
