Someone else may be the Sponsor of the CSAs assigned to you, but the fact that you have been made their Co-Sponsor speaks volumes for their need to have a second person they could look up to for advice, guidance and help.
Very often it so happens that the Sponsors themselves are fairly new and thus not in the best position to offer the kind of guidance an affiliate needs to get started on the way to success. At that time, the Co-Sponsor's extended hand of help could be a blessing to get them started in SFI. I state this from my own experience.
It is therefore very important for us to treat our PSAs as well as our CSAs on par. Any information that could be useful to our PSAs could also be equally useful to our CSAs. Their need to progress and succeed in SFI is as important for us as the success of our PSAs.
Consider the fact that our PSAs also have Co-Sponsors and if those Co-Sponsors help them to succeed, we would be the major beneficiaries. I would therefore welcome any help, besides mine, that my PSAs are given. Considering the same equation, we need to send out an equal amount of information to our CSAs as we would to our PSAs.
In fact, with the tool of Team Mail (TM) available to us, we have the wonderful option of sending messages to our PSAs as well as CSAs as a team. Messages can also be segregated separately for PSAs and CSAs. Even Stream posts are provided with such an option.
Whichever way you look at it, from our side PSAs and CSAs need to be treated at par and no differentiation should be made with regard to information sharing.
