Actually both are important but since I feel that Doreen wanted me to choose then I will choose the initial contact.


Here are the reasons why:

1. Whom are you going to follow-up if you don't have initial contact? hehehehe.. this philosophical but true. Let's face, initial contact is the head and follow-up is the tail.

2. Really, first impression last. - with the kind of business we have (online) where 90% percent are scam, we should not present SFI business that will cast doubt in our prospects. We can afford to commit mistake in our follow-up but we can not afford to commit mistake in our initial contact.
