His follow up contact concretized our partnership because he made me feel as if I have known him for a long time. In other words I trust him because of his communication.
I have copied his approach and I find that it gets PSAs and CSAs to feel more comfortable communicating with me and opens up the opportunity to truly duplicate my efforts.
