The most overrated activity is probably the ToDo list. Even though there are benefits, it takes a lot of time and that time can be used more efficiently recruiting, selling etc. Although, initially it is a great benefit to learn the system, it becomes boring and a very repetitive.
I think the most underrated activity is that of selling your own products on TripleClicks. This can be the most profitable area as long as you have something to sell. The benefit of having your listing posted until sold is a real advantage.
If someone makes crafts or homemade items TripleClicks is a great avenue to list those items.
