Yes good question,in other for you to help an ECA to list products faster,you need to provide them with the best experience you have,in other for you to do this better you should have also been an ECA.
As for me what i will do is, give them access to some membership site where they can buy products at a reasonable amount and sell at tripleclicks,i will show them how to get customers coming back,i will tell them that money can really be made as an ECA..
One good product i suggest you get for yourself,whether you are just an Affiliate/ECA or both, is "SFI Affiliate success handbook",it will show you how to motivate your PSA and it will also put your business on the fast track.
I guess we all know that education is the best way anybody could possibly get his/herself out of poverty,so to say reading and learning new things everyday is one thing we can never neglect,so far so good, one good book i have found for all SFI affiliates is the SFI Affiliate Success Handbook" written by one of SFI most successful Affiliate :David Hurley" you can check out the book here http://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=207663
