Rating of activities can be done by SFI or by affiliates. To a large extent this is through perceptions regardless of who is doing the rating. Once the activities are identified and the rating agency known then it is possible to identify the most overrated activity and the most underrated activity.
Rating by affiliates is difficult to quantify. However rating by SFI can be seen from the way VPs are awarded for the different activities. Therefore my answer to the question will be based on perceptions of rating the different activities by SFI as seen by affiliates when they complete the different activities.
The most overrated activity is purchase of 1 TC using 126 MRPs. MRPs (Member Reward Points’ are awarded for different types of activities and can only be redeemed by purchasing items from the TripleClicks store. If an affiliate accumulates 126 MRPs from any source, those MRPs can be used to purchase 1 TC. This in turn qualifies the affiliate to earn 102 VPs. No other activity beats this for earning VPs on a regular basis hence it qualifies as the most overrated activity by SFI.
The most underrated activity is participating in Ask SC whether by submitting a question, answering a question or rating submitted answers. There are no guaranteed VPs for submitting or answering a question. Only 1 VP is awarded for rating 10 answers which are often lengthy hence qualifying this activity to be the most underrated by SFI.
