1. Initially, I spare time mutually agreed between us, to show/teach all procedures to create/manage ECA.
2. Once approved, I teach him how to enter/edit/manage/ship products.
3. I pay special attention to tell him about Terms/Conditions/Do's/Not to Do's.
4. After the ECA is up and running, I make sure I am available anytime in case of any problem/inquiry.
For overseas ECAs I referred:
I especially use Skype to better communicate and teach the ECA, all above points, using all audio visual facilities provided by Skype. I use mobile/facebook/twitter/email, as well when needed.
