The best way to recruit good and active affiliates, I found by experience is the offline/1-to-1 recruiting. It includes relatives, friends, workmates and local people we meet in our daily life. They will become active if we consider these points:
1. Introduce them SFI system in an easy and attractive way without going into complications.
2. Give them online presentation with your personal achievements.
3. Offer them Gift Card/Gift Certificate/TCredits to motivate them for signup.
4. Spare some time daily to guide them online after their signup. Until they are up and running.
5. After that, if you find they are absent for some days, don't ignore it. Visit them. Solve the reason/problem for their absence.
