The best payment option for India is credit Card.
As per Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) you can’t send payment outside India to use your Debit Card. You can only use Debit Card of a private Bank such as ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank etc. In this case you have to inform your bank first to register your Debit Card for Online Buying or Payment.
There are some payment methods which is good
1)PayPal-In this regard you can open a free PayPal A/c to use your Email ID and choosing password. But you should have a PAN CARD. Simple browse www.paypal.com and you can easily open an account with PayPal after some simple verification. But if you want to send money from India you have to use your Credit Card in PayPal.
You can easily transfer money from outside India to your Indian Bank Account to use your Debit Card through PayPal. But in this case you have to registered your Indian Bank Account Number with PayPal (PAN CARD must) prior. PayPal is very secured place. You can use it very comfortably and received money from outside India within a few seconds to your Indian Bank Account to use your Debit Card.
2) Western Union-You can send money through Western Union from Head Main Post Office in your area of living or an Agent of Western Union from India to outside country.
3)Electronic Transfer, Money Order as per same as above.
4) You can also send money to issue a cheque of your Bank but it is a long time factor.
In conclusion if you have time factor then you should use your Credit Card which is best payment method currently.
