SFI, like any other MLM based business is a numbers game. It means that you have to invite/recruit as many people as you can in order to be left with a few high quality active affiliates.
On the other hand, if our task is also duplication, you must work with the active ones without wasting time for the tyre-kickers and "bees" who jump from one program to another.
When you sponsor new people to SFI and greet them with your welcome message offering all necessary help and support, start observing them. Those who start accumulating VPs right away can be your golden nuggets. Contact them individually and either offer them more help and training or direct them to the appropriate sections of SFI site for education.
Always stress that they should do the same with their affiliates.
Also, don't get discouraged with atrition. You will see many people join your downline and disappear after some time. That's normal. The best will stay.
Therefore, try to reach as many people as possible with your free or paid advertising in order to find the best affiliates.
