The best payment option for India, I think would have to be the best option globally (PAYPAL)as its functionality and security setup is so far from what I have discovered in online banking ,unsurpassed by any other organization.
Also it is like mastercard, it can not buy love, but it can be used to pay for pretty-well anything else.
