I have to admit I have already seen my favorite answer for this question and I have only this to add: every affiliate that joins your team is potentially a good affiliate unless they op out.
Treat everyone in your genealogy as if they will one day see the potential in the program offered them and send them constant news letters, tips, and reminders of any contest or developments in your business. There may come a day when they see your emails and something you said a few months ago will spur them into action.
You may have already recruited the best member on your team.
