1 - The search for good affiliates online.
The best strategy is to recruit through social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, WAZZUB Community, Apsense, LinkedIn, IBO, Fanbox, etc..
Take the case of Facebook, the method I have experienced is that we try to correspond with people around the world who are predisposed to work in network marketing. You can identify these people in the first discussions we have with them. Most often, these are people from North America (USA, Canada), Eastern Europe (Russia, Hungary, Romania), Asia (India, Philippines) Southern Africa (South Africa, KENYA) and West Africa (Nigeria and Ghana).
2 - The search for good affiliates offline.
I think this is the best method. In the sense that this strategy, I can get in touch directly with the prospect who is usually a member of my immediate circle (family, colleagues, friends and acquaintances), and I find it easier to convince and to sort the best affiliates.
In fact, when I present the opportunity for these people, through their questions and answers, I know immediately who is predisposed to be serious about the opportunity.
The language also plays a role in the continuation or not the opportunity.
In this regard, I noticed that my first five pillars that is to say five people on which I placed the foundation of my business SFI are speaking like me.
It is for this reason that the benefit of my membership in this business, I made an effort to learn English to increase my chances of success in this business. I hope that with time I can have serious English affiliates no longer look my tongue to decide whether to stay in this business because it is true that their success is my success but I hope they will eventually to understand that does not fit into a business for someone, but first for his personal financial success.
Finally there is a third category of persons to which one can fall in recruitment. This is what I call those "rare gems" it is people who have the gene network marketing in their veins. It is easy to recognize them: most often in your correspondence, that they meet SFI is the opportunity they were looking for a long time. Unfortunately these people are not common in our daily lives, we must be very lucky to meet along the way.
