I also search for others already doing affiliate work. Then of course I start a conversation about SFI and if all goes well Give them my gateway link.
I do not spend a dime recruiting affiliates now. I find that mass producing affiliates only gets me down..since 90% earn 10 vp and are never seen again.
Also you can go to ClickBank and get a hold of people selling PLR's, Most of them are very aggressive and already know the ins and outs of online marketing.
Traffic exchanges, Blog sites, Any advertising sites, Also work.
