First I will start of by advising that there is no way to guarantee that anyone you recruit will be a hard working affiliate. Your job is to do the best that you can to offer them this amazing opportunity then the ball is in their court. As for recruiting there are so many methods out there that listing them all would probably take all day. As such I will name a few for you:
1.) Newspapers or shoppers
2.) Posting tabbed flyers at local businesses
3.) Leaving X-cards where ever you go and sending them out in ever piece of mail
4.) Google "Free ad sites" or "Free classified sites" as they are good to post in
5.) Utilize the connections you have through social networking sites
6.) If you are really ambitious you can purchase marketing tools such as pens, cups, clothing, etc...
7.) Create your own website or blog
As I said these are just a few of the many ways that you can use to recruit new people. You will need to find the niche that is right for you.
